This is a battery case replacement for Eotech 552 and something similar. I made 3 designs of em and it fits quite well There are extra hollow holes in the battery compartment for you to put in the springs to your liking. I personally used a folded small pieces of paper to make it acts like a spring. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 Notes: Recommended to use raft or brim because the contact area are thin, supports as well are recommended but optional, this is to ensure the outer plastic stays in shape Custom Section Battery Spring I folded a lot of small pieces of paper and use tweezer to align the paper to be flat resting at the end of the battery case. Put several of them on top of each other and keep testing the battery inserted. the battery should be flushed with the battery case and should have spring feedback by the paper When pressing the battery testing for springiness, the battery should be leveled with the inner thicker case just like the original would be After testing the springiness/spring feedback, take out one piece of small folded paper Skin roughly about 10-20cm 22-24ga solid single core wire. Wrap the piece of paper with the skinned wire until you covered roughly all the paper, do the same for the other side as well Align the wrapped paper with the wire properly using tweezer is recommended, test the connection with the scope. If the scope turns on, glue the wire to the middle part, where the wire bridge exposed in the battery case with the uhu multi purpose glue and let it dry
