Added a reinforced collar with 4mm hole for lateral bolt/screw through 1/4"(6.35mm) shaft. (internal recess widened to match). Easier to carry a bunch of mixers and there are always dowels around me. Snap it off, stuff it in, drive a screw through, mix. That said; Worth it to remix. This is a very well thought out mixer in terms of its paddle design. I was looking for something with very low aeration properties that I could run slowly but still achieve a rapid mixing of 1 full gallon of epoxy in 3 minutes. This gets it done.
