These headphones are available fully assembled via our Etsy: http://etsy.me/1Bjy0fE Instructions You'll need the following parts printed out to make these headphones: headband_bottom_geared.stl x2 duli_cup.stl x2 duli_cap.stl x2 top_gear.stl x1 headband_top.stl x1 top_gear_pin.stl x1 pin1.stl x4 pin2.stl x2 Non-printed components: (available as a kit via tindie) Speakers x2 Foam pads x2 Speaker Jack x2 22 AWG wire 1/4" Audio Cable Solder the speaker jack to the speaker, using a short length of 22 AWG wire. Snap the speaker into the duli_cup, and tighten the nut to attach the jack to the duli_cup. Slide the foam pad over duli_cap, and then attach to duli_cup using two copies of pin1. Insert both headband_bottom_geared into headband_top. Once inserted fully, attach top_gear and top_gear_pin. Attach the duli_cup to the headband_bottom_geared using pin2. That's it!
