***UPDATE*** I`ve just made one wall thicker in DE mount :) Now it fits better :) Use thick shell (I used 5 layers) or increase infill. It seems that even with 30% infill mounts are rigid enough, but there is no reason to save some time - we need to make it really strong. In this project I used GT2 gears, whole BOM is: - 2x NEMA17 motors (400 steps, 4.4 kg/cm) - 8 bolts M3x12 - 8 M3 washers - 2x M5x16 - 1x nut M5 - 3x M5 washers - 2x GT2 48T wheel - 2x GT2 16T wheel - closed loop belt 172mm - closed loop belt 136mm
