The major changes are that it is a bit beefier and now will use 2xM3 screws and nuts to hold the parts together. The rest is the same.</p> <p>Original description:</p> <p>Flu Season is the real "Season for Sharing", so I hope to be a Scrooge this year, and not participate. But that does not mean I won't be generous with the hand sanitizer :D</p> <p>This holder is designed for an Equate 34oz bottle of hand sanitizer (<a href="https://www.walmart.com/ip/Equate-Hand-Sanitizer-with-Aloe-34-fl-oz/733944463">https://www.walmart.com/ip/Equate-Hand-Sanitizer-with-Aloe-34-fl-oz/733944463</a>), or a Up and Up (Target) 32oz hand sanitizer (<a href="https://www.target.com/p/hand-sanitizer-32-fl-oz-up-38-up-8482/-/A-11634442">https://www.target.com/p/hand-sanitizer-32-fl-oz-up-38-up-8482/-/A-11634442</a>). The approx size of the opening is 69mm x 98.6mm with a few mm extra on the long side.</p> <p>The clip is designed to clip over the top plate of a Haworth Compose Cubicle (which has a flat and thin top plate).</p> <p>The parts will need some minimal supports. See the pic for the suggested orientation of the parts. I am printing it at 0.2mm resolution.</p> <p>Alternatively, if the clip (partB) is printed with the top to the bed of the printer (to minimize supports, but possibly lessen the strength of the part), then I'd use 80% "support overhang angle" to minimize supports in the holes for the M3 screws, but still support the area where the M3 nuts will be placed.</p> <p>This will require two M3x20mm screws and two M3 nuts (regular non locking). Glue is probably optional but can't hurt.</p> <p>STEP file is included for easy remixing.</p> <p>If there is any interest in having this as a wall mounted holder, I have an idea on that which would be simple to remix. So if you want a wall mount, and don't mind testing and posting some pics of it - let me know and I can work on a wall mount clip for this.</p> Category: Office
