ER-20 Collet / Spindle Wrench - Huanyang CNC

This is an ER-20 Collet Wrench for a Huanyang Spindle. Wrench is closed for strength--except for bit hole. It has a hole for a lanyard or to hang on pegboard. Wrench socket has radii in the corner, so the fit can be closer to the nut. On small printers, the wrench can be printed diagonally. At least 60% fill is recommended for strength. Support material will preserve lower filleting. Minor filing of inner surfaces may be needed as tolerances are fairly close to prevent breaking. The wrench has tighten and loosen markings for loosening the the collet in the normal inverted-nut orientation. Please check this. Magic Marker can make direction arrows more legible. (Wrench in picture was the prototype before it had the direction markings.) I've used my wrench dozens of times, but if you really tighten your collet unusually tight, please pass on this tool. ER Collets may suddenly snap unscrewed. Please be careful with your fingers. Please deenergize your machine entirely before unscrewing collet nut. Make sure bit is tight enough to prevent loosening of nut or tool bit. Bit will be sharp. Wear ear protection and protective eye wear. Not responsible for anything. Striking wrench will surely break it, or your spindle.
