I use S3D with separate processes to place 2 solid diaphragm infill layers just below where the Collet Nut "shelves" start(same in the lid), so as to create as good transition from infill to Top layers without using a high infill % . No supports. The letters seem to come out best when bridges are laid in the letters from left to right or right to left, not up/down) Use 0*/90* bridging angle if S3D doesn't make the bridges in the letters automatically correct.. I used Full Honey Comb infill, and 45*/-45* rectilinear exterior fill. 3 bottoms, 4 tops, 3 walls. A small'ish paper clip or 1-1.5mm R/C control rods works well for the hinge pin. 2x M3x8 steel screws go in the base, while 2x 3/16"x1/4" Magnets go in the lid. Collets without the nut, can be "pushed" down into the holder for a tight fit.
