I made a collett holder for my router. Roughly 4.5x3.25", used 1/2" MDF, worked well. Colletts fit tight, so they wont fall out. Hit it with a file to loosen it up a bit if you want. See image/dxf for the sizes. I guess I could make different numbers, if people want. Post in comments. Solidworks file included, if youve got it and want to make your own changes.
