This is "not" a derivative of the popular ratchet knob (he doesn't allow derivatives) This design was built from literal scratch, and also includes a hex adapter for screwdriver bits. All parts are able to be printed without supports, but the insert should be turned to the long flat side on the build plate (90° rotate) I found that the other, similar thing had a lot of issues with torque. This one avoids breakage by using the natural hand motion of using a screwdriver to ratchet, while splitting full force while turning
