For whatever reason the default switchplates of the ergodash had too small holes for my switches (Outemu Sky Blue). The plate warped with inserted switches and some of the switches were squeezed so tightly, that they stopped working properly. So I took the original switchplates and expanded all holes by 0.2mm in every direction. Now the switches fit perfectly.
