ErgoHuman chair inside part for back adjustment

ErgoHuman chair inside part for back adjustment

My ErgoHuman office chair could not adjust the back angle. I disassembled it almost entirely and found that the plastic part that holds the springs was broken. At first I glued and soldered the pieces with a soldering iron, but it didn’t last long. The next time I modeled this part and printed it out. I used PLA through a 0.4mm nozzle with the following settings: - 0.5mm line width, 0.2mm layer thickness - 3-row walls - 5 layers for top and bottom - 25% filling of the gyroid - tree supports for cam holder I printed it in two pieces and glued it together to avoid a large support footprint under the plate.
