ESD bonding + Mains Earth workbench grounding plate

This is my very first design as I'm relatively new to the 3D printing world. I've created an ESD wrist strap and Mains Earth grounding plate for under my workbench in my hobby room. As an electrician I'm repairing a lot of stuff but there is no regular Main Ground in the room. I'm too cheap to pull some wires through so I came to another solution. As all water and heating system pipes are connected to Mains Earth here, and I think this will be the case is most houses build before 2000-ish, I attached this plate to the radiator in this room. For safety, if you want to connect it to one of your pipes, please double check it actually is connected! For the wrist strap I use the post with a 1M ohm resistor and the second port can be used for grounding the device itself. It's a simple block 50mm x 35mm with 2 holes to fits a "Female Banana Plug" with a screw fixture on the inside to attach the wires. As the pictures are clear enough and it only contains 1 resistor, I'm not going to create a diagram for it. Hopefully someone finds this useful enough to use it. It can be connecting to the real ground wire. I can also create a plate with 2 holes with the "1M" text if anyone wants to use both slots with a resistor in between.
