ESP 8266 Case for Flipper Zero

I have made this case to protect the ESP 8266 and AMS1117 voltage regulator assembly used as a [Deauther on the Flipper Zero following the instruction of SequoiaSan](https://github.com/SequoiaSan/FlipperZero-Wifi-ESP8266-Deauther-Module). The idea was to protect the pins when the assembly was in my backpack or my pocket. So it features a protector that you slide and then turn to expose the pin and the USB port of the ESP 8266. Once open you can plug the pins the Flipper Zero or flash the ESP 8266 via the USB port. BOM ==================== M2*8 mm hex screw flat head and associated nut x6 22 AWG cables Cyanoacrylate glue Assembly ==================== 1. Print the 4 components (note: the Pivot have to be printed twice). I have soldered the pins included with the Weimos D1 Mini to connect to the Flipper Zero. 2. Solder the electronic components according to the SequoiaSan [instructions](https://github.com/SequoiaSan/FlipperZero-Wifi-ESP8266-Deauther-Module#issues). 3. Place the two nuts in the two slits bottom part; they will make the assembly with the pivots. 4. Place the electronic components in the bottom part. 5. Glue the pins to the bottom part. 6. Place the top part and fasten it with four screws and nuts (the nuts go on the bottom of the bottom part). (note: the lips on the top part are tight in the groove, so you will have to force a bit) 7. From the Weimos kit, I used the pin connectors (see last picture), trimmed, to fit into the pin protector and having tightly shut when closed (second to last picture). 8. Place the pin protector part and screw the pivots in. Printing ==================== I did used support to have nice hexagonal groove on the bottom part for the nuts. For the pin protector it is mandatory to have support in order to have clean enough USB protector. Other ==================== If you do not have screws you can still glue everything together (hence the lip and groove and the top and bottom part). You can also glue the pivots in place. But I do not recommend it.
