ESP 8266 Pixel Clock with touch buttons

I simply wanted to build a straightforward alarm clock. So I created this WiFi enabled LED matrix clock. It's controlled by an ESP8266 microcontroller. The LEDs are WS2812 5mm models. You can easily switch between screens by tapping one of the three capacitive buttons on top. The software provides several features: - Displaying the current time - Providing weather information, including conditions, temperature, wind speed, humidity, and pressure - Showing the current Bitcoin price in euros - Tracking Facebook friends (work in progress) - Monitoring YouTube subscribers (work in progress) I'm currently developing a simple software framework that will enable anyone to easily implement their own animations. The software will be published on GitHub soon! Here is a short video showcasing its basic functions.
