This is an extender for a basic espresso shot mirror (with a magnetic base), I use this one https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004068204798.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.0.0.74a41802yUqtvl The problem I faced is on my Lelit MaraX was: the drip tray is quite narrow (narrow machine) and the grid isn't a great base in general, so not a great fit. Also the trip tray is quite high so putting the mirror besides the machine would have to be too far away and just awkward. While trying to attach the mirror to the body of the machine the base tilt is limited by angle and by mirror's body, not allowing to see the naked extraction. This extender allows both 30º more and a few cm's of extra hight. This way you can attach it to the machine's body or put it aside to the drip tray. Another solution is to use a dual hinge mirror like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008Z6842W/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 *NOTE*: I'm thinking of making another version that will allow it to attach the base to the side of the drip tray. We'll see.
