Box designed for my wife to store Essential Oils collection. This is a 4 x 4 compartment box Instructions You will need to rotate the STL files such that the bottom of the box and top of the lid are oriented on the build surface. This is a large build. I used ABS plastic on a raft. To ensure that the layers remained laminated I shielded the build area with a poster board shield (Airwolf 3D XL with no enclosure). As an aside, Rev - did not have the outer columns and used lower infill -- it cracked and delaminated severely. The rounded edges, higher infill, and higher filament temperature seems to have resolved the cracking issue. Other Parameters: Filament Temperature: 250 C Bed Temperature: 120 C Layer height: 0.2 Infill: 80% You will very likely need to sand the inside edges of the top and outside of the bottom mating area to the top to get a good sliding fit. The design is zero-clearance, so required clearance will need to be made.
