Estes Red Nova Nose Cone and Fins BT-60

This is a nose cone for the Estes Red Nova model rocket kit (#7266). The airframe tube size is BT-60 with a length of 18 inches (457.2mm). It is a single stage rocket, but has the potential to be converted into a two-stage with the appropriate couple and motor mount. Six files have been posted. 1) Stock nose cone with 0.7mm wall thickness 2) Stock nose cone without shoulder 3) End cap with no hole 4) End cap with 4mm hole 5) Nose cone like #1 but solid version 6) Nose cone like #2 but solid version Files added on 17JUL2023: 7) Forward fin that is flat on all sides and 3mm thick. 8) Forward fin that is flat, but has the (LE) leading Edge and the (TE) trailing edges rounded. Thickness is also 3mm. 9) Supersonic airfoil. Root edge is 3mm at its widest. Outboard Edge is 1.5mm at its widest. 10) Fin making template that is 1mm thick. Files added on 18JUL2023: 11) Aft fin that is flat on all sides and 3mm thick. 12) Aft fin that is flat, but has the (LE) leading Edge and the (TE) trailing edges rounded. Thickness is also 3mm. 13) Supersonic airfoil. Root edge is 3mm at its widest. Outboard Edge is 1.5mm at its widest. 14) Fin making template that is 1mm thick.
