Thanks to a number of GrabCADders pointing out that the gearing was wrong in my ETA movement: ETA 6497-1 complete watch movement I have updated this part and now believe that the mechanism is accurate. This wheel needed only 40 teeth instead of 60 teeth to give a combined gearing of 12/36*10/14=1/12.
