"Eternity" Ultraviolet Paint Brush controlled by S2 Scribbler Robot

Chinese Brush Strokes "Eternity" This is a Paintbrush carriage I have made to house 31 UltraViolet Leds, it is attached to a S2 Scribbler Parallax robot producing a neat way to scribe Chinese characters, using strokes with leading and/or trailing swoops, single lines and any combination to suit....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-zfu0Vltgwk&feature=share&list=UUcxve9G8bHCBBKE5kaW_okg ...The Robot traverses a Phosphorescent vinyl sheet ... which soaks up Ultraviolet light like ink into blotting paper.... leaving behind a very "Jade" coloured painting. The Paint Brush is made from essentially 31 x 3mm UltraViolet Leds arranged in 4 groups which can be switched ON/OFF individually via the S2s Hacker Port. NB. I have added an extra "MakerBot" logo which can be attached to the Led carriage and use it as a stemple to cast Makerbot brands under robot control onto the Phosphor screen.... Instructions This project requires the following Materials :- 31 x 3mm Ultraviolet leds with the base of them sanded flush to the body (as the leds are tightly packed together) 1 x S2 scribbler robot available from Parallax.com The leds are soldered together in groups (1) single central led (2) a 6 led ring surrounding the above (1) (3) a 12 led ring surrounding the above (2) (4) a 12 led ring surrounding the above (3) This is the basic set up....
