Ethernet Clip

Ethernet Clip

thingiverse

I designed this because we have an ethernet cable going around the house and we didn't want to make holes in the walls when hanging it to the walls. It's designed to fit a double sided tape cushion 25mm x 12mm. I printed this one in ABS due to the fact that my PLA was blue, and my ABS white, and we happen to have white walls. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator 4S Rafts: Yes Supports: No Notes: I needed a raft on this one as the model it self is not supposed to take up much space. Printing it without a raft gave me some adhesion problems due to it's thinness. I suppose it would be fine if you use some extra adhesion tough... The printer would shake the object to much when printing it, and since it's so small ... even the lifting of one corner might lift the entire model. Post-Printing Needs a tape cushion Used a 25x12 mm cushion on the bottom to make it stick to walls, ceilings etc. How I Designed This Designed in Sketchup, sliced with Simplify3D
