Etherten Case
thingiverse
This case, wall mount, and lid are specifically designed for the Etherten Arduino board by Freetronics. The parts can be printed without support structures when oriented as indicated in the STL files: wall mount face down, case closed end down, and lid outside face down. The Etherten board fits snugly into the slots and is secured by the attached lid, fastened with four 10mm M3 screws for aesthetic purposes. An additional hole has been incorporated into the lid to accommodate a cable from a temperature sensor in your project. The case slides into the wall mount, which should be positioned horizontally on the wall to allow for adequate airflow through the slots. The Etherten board's heat output is minimal, so its orientation within the case shouldn't significantly impact performance. Two countersink screws secure the wall mount to the wall. The model was created using Alibre, sliced with Netfabb, and printed on an Ultimaker using translucent blue PLA, which complements the board's blue LED lighting.
