This is a slip on fender extension for the ETWOW electric scooter. The fender is not long enough to prevent water and mud drop from splashing up onto your back in the rain. Even though the fender extends 3° over the 90° from the vertical, it still sucks in water drops from the low pressure vortex caused by your body moving through the air. You will have to glue or epoxy it in place. The fender doesn't exactly fit, but close enough.
