Took a 3d model I used for a webcomic (deleted due to political bias by the host) I was working on before my giant robots and made it 3-d printable. I printed it a while ago and have it kicking around somewhere in my box of old 3d printed parts. Print at 0.1mm layer height w/ supports. If your slicing program of choice "repairs" models when it slices it may close the skirt off (XYZ software does this: how nice!). Have to dig up the .blend file and make the hips under the skirt work properly. I once had this in individual bits where the skirt slid over the hips but my file hierarchy is a mess. This uses a character rig I built from scratch. You can get the face here: https://opengameart.org/content/generic-anime-face Might make some of my favorite animu characters if I can remember where I put the files.
