The enclosure is for a FACSARIA II cell sorter and allows sorting to proceed using Corning 250ml plastic bottles. As a consequence, the operator can sort for periods in excess of 6 hours at high flow rates in a sealed unit. Some assembly is required as the cup extension, adjustable arms and cup hat must be printed separately. Arms are adjustable to ensure tight fit in all cytometers. Unit has been used successfully for several sorts. Prints well with PLA, as such can be cleaned with IPA or ethanol or disinfectant such as cavicide. Can be printed at 0.35mm on PRUSA I3 MK2 and assembled within 3 hours.
