As with the 1x 250ml enclosure....The is for a FACSARIA II cell sorter and allows sorting to proceed using 2x Corning 250ml plastic bottles. As a consequence, the operator can sort for periods in excess of 6 hours at high flow rates in a sealed unit. Some assembly is required as the cup extension, adjustable arms and cup hat must be printed separately. Arms are adjustable to ensure a tight fit in all cytometers. This model is a prototype and will be printed in the near future. This enclosure will undoubtedly require streams to be set at high deflection given that apertures are set at extreme left/right positions to accommodate both bottles. Update for V14 - have enlarged target apertures, have pushed back bottle seating position under module, have increased size of bottle covers. stream should not need deflection of >80 on either side.
