EVGA RTX FTW3 Heatsink Shroud

This adds an attractive cover to EVGA RTX FTW3 heatsinks. You just spread the fins apart in the middle gap slightly and put to cover on. I designed it for my 2070 Super, but it should fit all FTW3's. In the pictures, it's a few mm short in length, but that's just the first version. I've lengthened it and the STL should be the correct length. I printed in PLA, but it probably would be a good idea to print it in something more heat resistant.
