I got a 2 stroke outboard for free. It had a broken gas tank cap so I needed a new one. Since there was a tanker sideways in the Suez canal, I had to do it myself instead of ordering one from China. Measured the thread and figured out a way to let air in the tank. I went with M10 threaded nut, but I think that is going to be switched to a stainless steel bolt with a groove. By putting an o-ring to top side one can seal the tank when not boating. I have it on my outboard at the moment, so photos of the printed product will be added shortly.
