Want to stop getting covered with road muck when riding your Evolve GT over damp pavements? This is the way to do it, it covers the wheel as closely as possible to stop water and sand flicking up from the AT wheels onto you or the board. It will change the times when you can comfortably use your board, as you no longer get saturated when riding through a puddle! They also fit in with the look of the board! Give them a try and see what you think. They take about 10 hours each printing on my FlashForge Dreamer, so a total of 40 hours print time, but it is one of the greatest improvements for the board I have made. The rear of this model attaches directly to the existing mount plate. If you have access to a mill/3d mill, check out my design for the replacement rear plate and a rear guard that attaches to it at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3816139 This design has been produced with a mind to make it fairly structurally strong without the need for many additional components You will also need to buy: - 8 M4 20mm bolts - 4 M4 locknuts - 8 M4 washers (smaller than 8mm diameter) - 4 M4 spring washers (smaller than 8mm diameter) - Thin double sided tape for mounting the front mudguard to the axle (I used command strips) Assembly is pretty simple: The rear mudguards replace the cover for the pinion gear and belt, held on with 2 M4 bolts (put the spring washer on and then the normal washer). Be careful when mounting so that you thread them in correctly The front mounting bracket needs some double sided tape to keep it from moving, put the tape on the two sides of the clamp, and position correctly on the shaft so that the wheel has sufficient clearance(I marked the position with a permanent marker before sticking on). once the clamp is in position mount using two bolts(with a washer each) to each clamp, and fastened with a locknut.
