I made this model trying to understand stress concentrations on geometry, eliminating sharp corners, reducing the volume of material and facing possible loads with triangles. This is what I came up with, There is still much work to be done, making it modular, machinable, experimenting with different cavities, etc. I started with the simple cube, but I hope to be able to take it further as I learn more about manufacturing and materials.
