3D model built from laser scanning data with applied photo of the exedra of Piazza Dante, in Naples, Italy. The square took on its present structure in the second half of the 18th cent. thanks to the project of Luigi Vanvitelli for the “Forum Carolino”, celebrating King Charles III of Bourbon. Since the 19th cent. the central niche is the entrance to the boarding school of the Jesuits, which in 1861 became the national boarding school “Vittorio Emanuele II”, housed in the old convent of San Sebastiano that is behind the Vanvitelli’s exedra.
