Exhalation Valve / Breather Valve for DIY face mask / respirator. Overall dimensions when assembled 6x38mm. You have to make a 32mm hole on your mask. The pad is included, print it at 0,1mm, or make one on your own with the material you prefer. Has to be flexible and durable. You will need a small screw to assemble both parts together, this will allow for later changes of the pad. If you have not a screw, use some glue, but in this case you have to seal the center hole carefully. On the outer part, the center is 2mm higher than the rest part, to compensate when a 2mm material (fabric or other) is used. Sand the center a little, if you dont need the extra height. Just test fit the pad and make sure that is well secured when the valve is assembled. Maybe you will be able to scale the whole valve up or down, depending on your needs.
