Exhaust Fan Cover Replacement - 12'' Round Duct Snap-on

This is a replacement exhaust grill or exhaust cover. If you're looking at this post, you've probably lost your own grill and want to hide the disturbing innards of your home's ductwork discretely. With this cover, you can hide that mess of webs and dust demons without having to shop at the local hardware store or call a repairman. I provided the dimensions of the revolved boss/base so you can make your own CAD for this part and make adjustments as needed to fit smaller or larger duct sizes. For most, you probably only need to change the value of the nominal radius (the one labeled 6 inches in the photo here). The dimensions of the snap fit for all intents and purposes is universal. A little bit of guess and check initially done with PLA on a Type A Printer, then with ABS on a Stratasys once it was verified for a nicer finish.
