Exhaust fitting for 3D printer enclosure

This is an exhaust fitting I developed for my Lulzbot Taz 4 or 5 printer enclosure, but it could be used for any kind of exhaust needs. (see thing: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:746922) It is designed to mount to a 50x50mm dc fan, and screw into 2.5" exhaust hose from McMaster-Carr: http://www.mcmaster.com/#5398k12/=wjk94g This fitting threads into the non-flared end of the hose, and provides mounting to the fan and enclosure outlet port. Update 12-6-2015 Check out the wall mount version of this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1178146 Instructions I printed this with 2 shells, 40% infill. Depending on how you mount this fitting it could see a lot of stress. The exhaust hose it is designed for is heavy. So depending on your application, you might consider 100% infill. When printing in ABS you should scale it up 1.01 in X and Y and 1.005 in Z to account for shrinkage.
