Experimental - Adapter and cap for glass bottles for soda machine

Updated to V4 version, don't use the old V3 versions as it it is incorrect due a mistake while uploading the right files : the internal ring is not attached to the main volume. V5 version adds a nozzle and exhaust holes to inject gaz in water and protect from over-pressure (Printed successfuly but never tested because the glass bottle + the adapter are to long when combined for my soda machine). After purchasing and unpacking a glass bottle for my soda machine, I noticed that this kind of bottle is not compatible. So here is my version of an adapter designed on Openscad. If you want to use the Openscad file, you'll have to include Dan Kirshner's thread library available at http://dkprojects.net/openscad-threads/ .
