Experimental Whistle I

Experimental Whistle I

thingiverse

Crafted with removable sliding channels and blades for easy filing or sanding, this whistle's design also allows adjustments to maximize loudness. However, it currently operates at its loudest in the fully open position. The innovative construction includes two half-shells without flat top surfaces, ensuring an airtight chamber even with low flow settings. To assemble, print the symmetrical halves and provide full support for the channel and outer support for the blade. Secure the halves using a 3mm filament and glue to seal the seam, taking care not to mar the exterior. Finally, insert the channel and blade into the main shell, file as needed, and start whistling away!
