I'm still updating this design, may added some more design and models in the future. I've made a back plate for ExpressLRS module by happymodel, I'm only designing the Fan cover, if you want to print the JR Box you can download it from happymodel or here http://www.happymodel.cn/index.php/2021/02/19/es915tx-3d-printed-jr-bay-mounting-box/ This design use 25mm fan 5v... The wiring is up to you, but for me this is my best solution. There is a pad that written "Fan", you can wire your Fan there but it only activate at 250mW above, and when the pad is activated it outputs 3,3V, so you need to use 3,3V fan ... For me i'm always want the fan is always on at any given output power level. My 25mm 5v Fan is drawing 8mA with step down converter to 5v attached. I made the tolerance to 0,5mm because my printer is crap. You can Horizontally expand the model to suit your printer settings.
