This is an extended version of the Photonsters PTC Heater Unit with an added power switch cutout. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3442165 most of the instructions can be found there. I edited fuji29's PTC Heater Unit extension remix version to create it. In addition to the hole for the power switch, I also added some internal supports to the body for more flimsy areas to help keep them more square while printing, and others as supports to help while printing. You will still need to add your own supports for printing though. All wiring should be 14, 16, or 18 gauge or it may overheat. I bought the recommended 100w PTC heater core, but ended up only wiring one of the 50w heater leads in it to keep the wiring from over heating due to small gauge wires on the 5.5 x 2.1 mm DC Power Jack Socket I used. It takes a little bit longer to heat up than the 100w but not much more, and the reduced fire risk and wear on the components is worth it. For the back cover, I had best results printing it flat on the bed with the tiny supports for the side tabs. The power switch I used was: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081CTDM9X?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details If you haven't watched it yet VogMan has an excellent build video of the original PTC heater on Youtube to walk you through the process. If you are building my version though, you'll want to make sure to use the modified wiring diagram above in the pictures. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQmmGj6gMdk
