I wanted a way to retain the hinge style mount from the stock scx24 deadbolt on my 3d printed 4runner body. I would imagine this would help anyone changing to an suv styled body needing a way to secure the rear. I attatched it with 3m tape and 2 spare scx24 screws through the top for extra security.
