Extensible Bird Strip

Extensible Bird Strip

thingiverse

I had a problem with birds nesting above my front door, which I shouldn't have been dealing with, considering I've got a 3D printer at my disposal. Print as many of these bird deterrents as you like. When stacked together, they're offset by 20 degrees. You can alternate the holes to create a pattern that offsets the spikes. They can be overlapped and secured end-to-end to make an endless strip. To keep them connected, use zip ties. To secure the strips in place, I used a bit of sanded caulk. However, you've also got the option of using zip ties for this purpose.
