I'm working on a mask project in which I need to create a head brace. So I came up with these. These are to be printed very thin (STLs are for .7mm) to be flexible. I have used ABS due to greater flexibility - you mileage with PLA might vary. The cap is 5.5mm and the nubs are 5mm. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 with first layer at .3mm Infill: 20% with .8mm walls How I Designed This Design Designed fully in OnShape. This is part of a current project - I will make these strap design public for others to tweak once the project is complete.
