I needed a way to inspect my gutters in the spring since the will fill up several times with leaves and maple tree seeds. I have a 20 foot extension pole, and this is perfect! turn on gopro wifi, and check it on your phone from the ground, No more dragging the ladder around and setting up. This is a remix of GoPro Pole Mount by bmoren with a threaded bolt made using the openScad script from NUT JOB | Nut, Bolt, Washer and Threaded Rod Factory by mike_linus. Just think of the selfie you can get with this pole! or imaging a great video at a family event! all of a sudden this pole mount becomes very powerful. I have included the proper settings for the openscad nut maker, in case you wish to modify the threaded section length or diameter. You do not want the thing breaking with a $400 gopro on it. this produces a very clean print. (I tried with 3 layers, and 100% but it was so sloppy, the spacing was off on the Gopro fit. takes about 30 minutes to print. you will want to chase the screw holes with a 13/64ths drill bit to get a good clean passage for your bolt.
