This is a high quality 3d model of a modern kukri knife that has been modeled and detailed to capture the likeliness of the original object as close as possible. Based of real life measurements as expected. Length: 49.5 cm Blade thickness: 6.3 mm All parts (4) are combined. Should you need them separate and have trouble let us know. We are more than happy to assist you. 1 level of subdivision has been baked in to prevent UV starching. Poly count is still small. UV: Everything fits into 1 UV tile. Uv-ing was done to production standard. Small parts were automatically projected, while main important parts were properly layed out to minimalise distortions. Material: in native Maya file a standard V-Ray material is assigned with all texture maps. Obj will come up black. You will need to assign your material according to your needs. No textures are assigned. Fbx has a blinn material, no textures are assigned. Textures: are all 5x4k exr(32 bits); texturing was done in Substance Painter and exported as metalic preset for V-Ray (exact same maps are needed for Arnold). Following maps are included: BaseColor; Height(displacement map); Metallic; Normal; Roughness. 1 RenderCam is included with V-Ray attributes + 3 V-Ray area lights as standard 3 point lights.
