This is the router that I will be building over the next year or so, It is based on Fine Line Automations FLA100 Model with a couple of tweaks. I used pulleys and belts to eliminate motors from overhanging the machine. The tweaked design gives a larger cutting area with a smaller foot print. also I offset the gantry to get the router bit centered on the linear carriages. cutting Area is 38.2" x 25.5" x 6.5" footprint is 48L" x 35"W x 53" T Router is Hitachi M12VC Parts are from 8020 FineLineAutomation CNCRouterParts SDP-SI McMaster Carr OnlineMetals 3-Custom Motor Mounts and 1 Custom Bracket (x8) Modeled with Inventor 2013
