I printed this in PLA, it is way stronger than I needed it to be. I put just 1 of the short ones on the aluminum and it held me at 230lbs for a pushup so dial down the infill. just going to use this to raise the TV base enough to put a soundbar underneath, just happened to have 2 small lengths of extruded aluminum to try it on. NOTE: 30mmx30mm aluminum if you need one made a little different let me know and I'll see what I can do. I have to say the model I made to cut out the aluminum fits perfect on my aluminum. I actually turned out better on my A8 than the Ultimaker 2, the Ultimaker so needs a tune up... things to get to when I have spare time I guess.
