Needed horizontal mounting as well as vertical so I made this derivative of the MendelMax Spool Holder. Use Spool_Holder_ArtLabKY_vertderivitive2_rep.stl as it has a winged support at the back end. Thomas Sanladerer's Spool Holder_vert was the first version he modded for me, then I imported & did the rest in SketchUp. Can't find T-nuts nearby you? Use WhosaWhatsis t-nuts in my sources! Instructions From the MendelMax Spool Holder: Print out the part as shown in the photo, and oriented in the STL file. You'll need the following hardware: 2 M8x25 bolts 2 M8 nuts 4 M8 washers 2 608Z bearings 2 M5 T nuts 2 M5x8 bolts Place one M8 washer on each side of a 608 bearing and place into the slot as shown in the photo. You can insert the M8 bolt through the large hole on eaither end. Fasten in place with an M8 nut, as shown. Insert the M5 bolts into the spool holder from the front, and then add the M5 T nuts to the back, keeping them very loose. Finally, slide the T nuts into the beam's channel and tighten.
