Extruded lid for CNC 1590A+, to fit a LiPo or just some extra clearance for 2S 18650 configurations. If you want this to fit a Hammond 1590A, then scale in slicer settings- 93.0mm X 38.5mm This lid will provide an 8.50mm extruded clearance for battery pack/18650's. Works great on Hammond 1590A boxes using these MosMax Electronics battery sleds.. Owner of MosMax, David, says they won't work in hammond 1590A boxes, and normally they won't, but I get them to work using these lids. Or you can 3D print a battery sled for 1590A boxes. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2281618) I personally use 1/2" grub screws on the enclosure and leave them protruding out about 1/4" and I don't even need magnets to keep these lids firmly attached. The grub screws will catch just right and hold the lid firmly in place. Magnets will always make a stronger hold though.
