My Extruder motor heats up up to 90-100 Celcius degrees. Whenever i print something which takes 1-2 hours, stepper jams the flament and also creates deformations on my pla gears. i looked and could not find a good design for prusa. also i did not have any heatsinks. The design can be improved for implementing heatsink too. After this the temperatures dropped to 40 degrees. Note that the bolts that hold fan is not connected into the nema 17 bolt holes. its just stand alone. after the montage i used a cable tie to make it stronger.
