I made this part to hold a tube to feed filament to the extruder. I dont know that I got any better print quality after changing to a feed tube but it sure cleans things up and now the extruder doesn't tug at the filament spool as it moves. I have this mounted on 20x40mm extrusion. Here is the link to the tube that I used. This tube works with 1.75mm filament.
