__Extruder filament guider and gap filler to enable printing of flexible filament.__ (Anet A8) Printing flexible filaments on the direct extruder of the Anet A8 can give the problem that the filament “escapes” between the push gear and the metal nozzle pipe. There is a couple of millimeters of empty space. This filler closes that gap between the gear, pressure wheel and nozzle entrance. Printing NinjaFlex is no problem while using this filler. The filler can be made with PLA and the PLA is able to withstand the heath from the extruder. The filler is locked in place by the nozzle pipe that must by slightly above the threaded mount. The download set includes the openScad script and STL file. Optionally you can adapt the openScad script to create a filament filler for other extruder types or brands.
