Extruder for #6-32 nuts and bolts

thingiverse

This is a remix of the very popular Greg's Wade-style extruder designed by jonaskuehling, and has been modified to accept the 5/16" (8mm) wrench-size used for most #6 nuts. I semi-recently built a 3D printer out of SAE hardware, but the #6 nuts that I was using didn't fit in the M3 nut traps that my extruder had. So I improvised with other methods, and ended up wrecking my extruder. This remix allows for #6 nuts to fit in the nut traps, making it easier to use SAE hardware in this style of an extruder. The current .stl files have either the groovemount or j-head hot end mount, but if you need a different one, you can just give me a holler in the comments, and I'll try to add it here. Instructions Printed in ABS, with no support material. The assembly instructions are the same as the jonaskuehling extruder, but it uses #6 nuts and bolts in place of M3 or M4. I also used a 5/16" toothed bolt instead of a hobbed M8 one. I plan on coming out with the gears for this extruder that can take #6 nuts as well, once I get the time.
